主講人
酈光偉研究員，上海科技大學創業與管理學院。2017年畢業于美國卡內基梅隆大學，獲公共政策與管理-戰略、創業與創新博士學位。同年加入上海科技大學，任創業與管理學院助理教授、研究員。其關于產業政策的最新研究在國際學術界引起極大關注，并受到了《華爾街日報》、VoxEU等知名大眾媒體和學術媒體的報道。他是2017年卡內基梅隆大學William W. Cooper管理學或管理科學最佳博士論文獎獲得者，2018年上海市浦江人才，2018年、2020年上海科技大學優秀教師，第六屆中國國際“互聯網+“大學生創新創業大賽（北京地區復賽）優秀指導老師。
摘要
Abstract: There is currently a resurgence of industrial policy on a global scale. However, implementing industrial policy is a complex task as its effectiveness can vary depending on the specific circumstances. While government intervention may have proven effective in earlier stages of economic development, it may encounter limitations in driving growth during later stages. In this upcoming presentation, Dr. Guangwei Li will present fresh theoretical and empirical evidence exploring the efficacy of innovation-promoting industrial policy in China, offering insights into the challenges of industrial policy and its impact on innovation.

洪蘇婷，現任上海科技大學創業與管理學院，研究員。洪蘇婷博士擁有美國德雷賽爾大學經濟學博士學位，和南京大學金融學學士學位。洪蘇婷博士的研究關注科技創新企業的發展規律，和風險投資市場的競爭和效率，研究成果發表在Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Economics & Management Strategy等國際知名金融學或經濟學期刊上，并主持和參與多項上海市科委軟科學重點項目。
摘要
Abstract: We study the relation between academic entrepreneurial (defined as those who have published in the peer-reviewed academic literature) founding team composition and venture performance. The literature on academic entrepreneurs has rarely studied how founding teamsrelate to venture outcomes, even though academic founding teams may find it more difficult to recruit more diverse team members (compared to general founding teams), yet disproportionately benefit from co-founder(s) with commercial knowledge and experience. We empirically test that proposition, as well as how it could occur. We therefore investigate the extent to which superior venture performance arises from (a) functionally diverse founding teams producing higher quality technologies and/or by (b) attracting more experienced financial investors (venture capitalists). By matching such ventures with observationally similar ones (but not founded by academic entrepreneurs), we empirically test the main effect as well as the two mechanisms which may underpin that effect. We find a positive relation of STEM academic founders who have co-founders with business backgrounds on venture outcomes. As to the mechanisms, our results are not consistent with the proposition that more diverse teams produce more commercially-relevant patented technology, but rather that such diverse founding teams are more likely to attract the interest of experienced venture capitalists (who in turn help ventures achieve favorable outcomes).

主講人
黃解放，武漢大學“周鯁生講席教授”。先后在中國駐加拿大大使館、國際民用航空組織工作，擔任法律官員，曾任國際民航組織（聯合國專門機構）法律事務與對外關系局局長。曾兼任中國民航大學法學院院長，加拿大國際法協會副會長。
在國際航空法、國際空間法等國際法學科與實務領域具有較高的學術造詣與學術影響力，在國際組織和外交界擁有豐富的工作經驗和良好的聲譽與威望，曾代表國際民航組織參加聯合國各類會議、兼任民航組織咨詢上訴聯合委員會三人委員之一。
