人類(lèi)社會(huì)的發(fā)展和生活水平的提高都離不開(kāi)石油化工和精細(xì)化工及相關(guān)新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,然而化學(xué)工業(yè)的發(fā)展常受制于高能耗、高物耗以及環(huán)境污染等問(wèn)題。湘潭大學(xué)“化工過(guò)程模擬與強(qiáng)化”研究團(tuán)隊(duì)在羅和安教授的帶領(lǐng)下,長(zhǎng)期致力于化學(xué)反應(yīng)工程和工業(yè)反應(yīng)過(guò)程模擬與強(qiáng)化領(lǐng)域的研究,從而使化工過(guò)程實(shí)現(xiàn)資源利用率最大化、廢棄物產(chǎn)生和環(huán)境影響最小化、生產(chǎn)流程最簡(jiǎn)化、建設(shè)與運(yùn)行成本最小化和生產(chǎn)過(guò)程安全化等。團(tuán)隊(duì)成員主要有羅和安教授、劉平樂(lè)教授、艾秋紅教授、吳劍教授、游奎一教授、韓路長(zhǎng)教授、袁霞教授、王良芥高工、郝芳副教授、趙方方博士、熊偉博士、陳真盤(pán)博士等。

研究團(tuán)隊(duì)先后承擔(dān)國(guó)家“863計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家科技重大專(zhuān)項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)/面上/青年項(xiàng)目、湖南省科技重大專(zhuān)項(xiàng)、湖南省杰出青年基金項(xiàng)目等縱向課題40余項(xiàng),以及企業(yè)技術(shù)攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目30余項(xiàng)。榮獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng),教育部自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),湖南省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)、二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、三等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)。獲授權(quán)中國(guó)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利60余件,日本發(fā)明專(zhuān)利1件。通過(guò)省部級(jí)成果鑒定8項(xiàng),近5年成果轉(zhuǎn)化產(chǎn)生的年均經(jīng)濟(jì)效益超3億元。已在A(yíng)IChE J., Chem. Eng. Sci., Ind. Eng. Chem. Res., Chem. Eng. J., Energy Environ. Sci., J. Catal and Chem. Communi.等國(guó)內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)刊物發(fā)表研究論文300余篇,單篇最高SCI他引近400次。

團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人羅和安教授是湖南省科技領(lǐng)軍人才,化學(xué)工程與技術(shù)博士點(diǎn)負(fù)責(zé)人,化工過(guò)程模擬與強(qiáng)化國(guó)家地方聯(lián)合工程研究中心主任,湖南省“環(huán)境友好與資源高效利用化工新技術(shù)”協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心主任,化工過(guò)程模擬與優(yōu)化教育部暨湖南省工程研究中心主任,十一屆、十二屆全國(guó)人大代表,享受?chē)?guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼專(zhuān)家。建立的兩個(gè)流體動(dòng)力學(xué)模型被國(guó)際上著名的計(jì)算流體力學(xué)軟件Fluent和CFX采用,為流體顆粒破裂動(dòng)力學(xué)的研究提出了理論框架,解決了定量描述湍流分散體系中流體顆粒破裂動(dòng)力學(xué)行為的難題。

  

Xiangtan University's Chemical Process Simulation and Optimization Team

The development of petrochemical industry, fine chemical industry and other emerging chemical industries is responsible for the improvement of human beings life. Nowadays, most of the chemical processes are energy intensive and environment unfriendly, so the optimization of chemical process is becoming essential in future’s chemical industry. The Chemical Process Simulation and Optimization Team of Xiangtan University has been dedicated to the research area of simulation and optimization of chemical reaction engineering for a long time, aiming at increasing the utilization of resources, reducing waste production, simplifying the technological process, cutting down the construction and operation cost and improving the operation security. The group leader is prof. Luo He’an. Currently, the team is composed of 12 full-time members, including 7 professors, 1 associate professor, 1 senior engineer and 3 lecturers.

In the past decades, the team had undertaken more than 40 national and local projects, such as the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program), the National Science and Technology Major Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the Key/General/Youth Programs of National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Science and Technology Major Research Plan of Hunan Province. Based on the close cooperation between the team and enterprises, over 30 enterprise projects were successfully completed. Until now, the team has made significant progress in many fields, including 300+ scientific articles published on important academic journals (such as AIChE J., Chem. Eng. Sci., Ind. Eng. Chem. Res., Chem. Eng. J., Energy Environ. Sci., J. Catal. and Chem. Communi.), 60+ authorized Chinese patents and 1 authorized Japan patent, 8 provincial and ministerial appraisal techniques; and won a lot of awards, including the second prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress Award (2 times), the first prize in Natural Science of the Ministry of Education, the first prize in Scientific and Technological Progress of Hunan Province, the second prize in Scientific and Technological Progress of Hunan Province, and the third prize in Scientific and Technological Progress of Hunan Province (3 times). A lot of these achievements have been transformed to industry applications, which gained economic benefit of ca. 0.3 billion Chinese dollars per year.

The team’s leader of Prof. Luo Hean is the Talent of Science and Technology in Hunan Province, supervisor of the Doctor Station of Chemical Engineering and Technology of Xiangtan University, director of National & Local Joint Engineering Research Center of Chemical Process Simulation and Optimization, director of Provincial 2011 Collaborative Innovation Center of “Environmental Friendly and Efficient Utilization of Resources in the New Technology of Chemical Engineering”, director of Ministerial Engineering Research Center of Chemical Process Simulation and Optimization (Hunan Province Engineering Research Center), deputy of the 11th and 12th National People's Congresses, expert enjoying special allowances of the State Council. Prof. Luo has made significant contribution in the area of fracture and coalescence of fluid particles. Two fluid dynamics models proposed by him are famous for Luo & Svendsen’s and Luo’s models among foreign researchers.

Aiming at making more contribution to our human beings’ life, the Chemical Process Simulation and Optimization Team of Xiangtan University will keep on working on the road of scientific research.
